How to Request Access to the Customer Support Portal
The WISE Group Customer Support Portal gives you a dedicated space to submit and track support tickets, view your communication history with our team, and access product documentation. This article explains who is eligible for portal access and how to request it.
Who Can Access the Portal
Portal access is available to customers with an active Support or Maintenance Agreement with WISE Group. If you are unsure whether your organisation has an agreement in place, check with your internal technical or procurement contact, or ask us when you submit your access request.
How to Request Access
Access is set up by the WISE Group support team. To request it, use the support ticket form on our website — no portal login is needed to do this. Here’s how:
- Go to the Submit Support Ticket form.
- Under “What is your request about?”, select General Enquiry / Other.
- In ticket subject, enter something like "Requesting Customer Support Portal access".
- In the message field, state that you are requesting access to the Customer Support Portal and include the vessel or installation name if relevant.
- Fill in your name, company, and contact details.
- Submit the form. Our support team will review your request and set up your account.
Once your account is ready, you will receive login details by email. You can then access the portal at any time at helpdesk.wisegroupsystems.com.
What You Can Do in the Portal
Once you have access, the portal allows you to:
- Submit support tickets and receive responses directly in the portal
- Track the status of open and resolved tickets in real time
- View your full ticket history and all communication with our support team
- Access product documentation and Knowledge Base resources
Already Have Access but Can’t Log In?
If you have previously been granted portal access but are having trouble logging in, go to helpdesk.wisegroupsystems.com and use the password reset option. If you continue to experience issues, submit a ticket via the website form and our team will assist you.
